Harris J joined Marian at Claritas HQ for a special Facebook Live. You can watch the recording here.

Harris and Marian talked about his song – “Salam Alaikum” – and the new lyric book based on it. Harris especially likes the illustrations in the book, although he did make some comments about his own depiction in the book (wasn’t his hair straight in the video?). Here’s what he had to say about the book:

I just think it’s actually quite cool that people wanted to do this. It kind of runs with the theme of why we created that song, which is just to spread that love and peace. And there’s not really a better way to do that than creating a children’s book about it.

Fans chimed in with lots of comments and questions for Harris. They asked what country he’d like to visit (Germany), who he’d love to have dinner with (his parents) and what his earliest musical influences were (Native Deen).
