Biography
Tony Nelson is a National Training Award winner, a chartered manager and a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and Royal Society of Arts. He holds a MBA with a specialism in leadership studies from Strathclyde University. He is a qualified executive coach and an alumnus of Henley Business School. He was a module leader on a MSc in 21st Century Leadership (N. Herts College/Hertfordshire University) and has been a guest lecturer at Bristol Business School. He was director of a major leadership programme for FE College Principals in the UK and subsequently adapted this for senior educational leaders in Iraq. He has held senior management and senior interim roles in Royal Mail, the Learning and Skills Council, the Centre for Excellence in Leadership and other organisations. Nelson co-authored Wisdom for Leadership with Prof. Moneer Hameed Tolephih, PhD., current President of the University of Baghdad.

Biography
Prof. Moneer Tolephih, PhD, is President of the University of Baghdad which is the largest University in Iraq. Previous roles included President of Al-Ayen University, President of Kerbala University and Dean of the Technical College in Baghdad. He has deep experience of working in the mechanical and industrial engineering sectors.
Tolephih is co-author with Tony Nelson of Wisdom for Leadership and he first graduated the pilot phase of the leadership programme and then became chief assessor of the 5,000-word assignment each participant had to write detailing their applied leadership learning. Moneer wrote and delivered a workshop about the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which subsequently informed a chapter in the book exploring the rationalist and humanistic aspects of the Prophet's personality and wisdom as an extraordinary leader.
